The Campsite has a good location about 10 minutes by car to the nearest beach Agway.
It is a good looking site with very nice plants and palms lining the drive in the gardeners do a great job The site has a good pool arrangement with a large slide children’s pool large pool and two Jacuzzis for the over 16,s only. The far corner has a stage that’s used for the entertainment on an evening. The children’s play area is very modern with a soft floor for young head that don’t bounce. And it has a football area and also half a dozen boules pitches .a archery range can be used during the day and trail dives are done in the swimming pool. There is a camp shop staffed by the most wonderful family who even opened during the recent flooding late at night to allow the flood victims to purchase some much needed supples.the campsite owner mr Dennis is a typical (sometimes ill speak sometimes I wont ) arrogant Frenchman who drives about on a Segway it’s a pity it doesn’t have spokes because id love to see him go arse over tit.the restaurant seems quite pricey until you try and eat locally then you will realise how competitive it is with fresh food and good local wine .The region has a really nice rose selection best served chilled. The higher numbered sites are a little walk down a hill but are beautiful often surrounded by trees and shrubs .there is a high season disco that starts at midnight and goes on until 3 which is fine you cant really here it but the people shouting on there way home are a nuisance if your living in a tent as we were.Im sure when I was 18 and full of ale that I crept silently home without even a thought of singing haha.The entertainment is quite varied but I did overhear someone saying she would like to stab the ventriloquist in the face so im sure it can get a tad tedious.
